Refund & Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Any request must be sent to us by email before shipping anything back. Parcels returned without prior approval will not be processed.

2. Eligibility Conditions

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from odors and stains.
• Original tags must still be attached.
• Preferably in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Sale items (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
• Gift cards.

4. Return Process

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, the item, and your reason for return.
2. Wait for our confirmation. No return accepted without prior approval.
3. Ship the item within 7 days of receiving our approval.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for defective items or errors on our part. We recommend tracked shipping — Clenshops is not liable for lost returns.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer an exchange, refund, or replacement.

7. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and validated, the refund is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

8. Rejected Returns

Clenshops reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is worn, damaged, without tags, or returned outside the return window.
